Different parts of your FMIC product are covered with different warranties, please read the information here to determine if the problem you are having would still be a warranty repair.

Consumer warranties commence on date of retail purchase.

A valid receipt is required for all warranty repairs!

FMIC Accessories and FMIC Product Parts

1 Year: Stringed instrument parts & accessories, amplifier parts & accessories, footswitches,
Cyber series foot controllers, Mini Amps, Passport Wireless Systems, Passport DC-DC power
converter, Passport battery pack, rechargeable batteries (FMIC makes no warranty on nonrechargeable
batteries), microphones, electronic tuners, electronic components, AC adapters,
stands, covers, cases, case hardware & gig bags. Important note: All accessories that become defective within the warranty period are not to be repaired; they are exchanged at the place of original retail purchase. Please contact FMIC Customer Service at (480) 596-7195 for exchange / replacement assistance.
